Which bib is right for my little one?

Choosing the right bib for your little one depends on his/her individual eating style and their age/size. Some are delicate eaters that only need a bib to catch a stray drop of food, while others dive into their meals and need full arm-length coverage. That being said, we make a variety of bibs designed to fit little eaters from about 3 months old to around 7 years old. Check out the features of each one and see which one will work best. The measurements for each bib are also listed on its product page, so make sure to reference those, especially if your kiddo runs bigger or smaller than average.

Will your Grip Dish fit my highchair?

The sizes of our silicone grip dishes vary, but fit most high chairs. See all sizes below:

Are your products safety tested?

Our products are tested by third-party internationally-accredited labs to meet most international and all USA safety regulations as outlined in the CPSIA and through the FDA. As new safety guidelines arise, we will work internally to test our products and ensure that we stay on top of compliance across all the territories we serve.

Is your silicone food-safe?

Bumkins only uses 100% food-grade silicone in our products, without any fillers. You can learn more about our silicone here.

Order Issues

My payment method/card was charged multiple times. What should I do?

Do not worry! Bumkins does not charge your card until your order has shipped from our warehouse, and will only process your chosen payment method one time. Your bank or financial institution will place a hold on your payment method for the total order amount once you have finished checkout. If there are multiple holds being shown on your bank statement or credit card, those charges should clear once we authorize payment at the time of shipment.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We try to fulfill and ship orders quickly, but generally, changes can be made to an order within the first 12-24 hours after it was placed. To make changes, please contact us and we'll be happy to help!

What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?

For questions regarding your order, please complete our contact us form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How will I know when a product becomes available again?

We are unable to guarantee when a specific item will be restocked, but can give an estimated time frame. Feel free to contact us for more information. 

If you’d like to be notified when a specific item is back in stock, follow these steps:

1. Go to the product page of the desired product 

2. Select "Email Me When Available" under the "Sold Out" button

3. Enter your email to receive a restock notification

Additionally, we will announce when the product will be released on social media. Stay tuned! We are unable to guarantee when a specific item will be restocked, but can give an estimated time frame. Feel free to contact us for more information.

I received a defective product. Now what?

As all parents know, accidents happen. We will happily replace a defective product. Please complete our contact us form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

For refunds or exchanges of Bumkins products that were not purchased at Bumkins.com, please return item(s) directly to the place of purchase, and follow their specific return and exchange policies. For product warranty issues, please keep your receipt or record of purchase. Warranty issues may not be addressed without proof of purchase from an authorized Bumkins reseller.

Bumkins does not support purchases made from eBay or any unauthorized retailer.  All returns are subject to final approval from Bumkins Customer Service Department.

We ship internationally and have distribution in the following countries: 

Please note: Licensed products can only be shipped to the following select countries only:

  • Disney Baby products can be shipped to USA and territories, South Korea, Japan, Philippines, and Thailand.
  • DC Comics products can be shipped to the USA and territories, and Canada.
  • Harry Potter products are only available to the USA and territories, and Canada.
  • Nintendo products can be shipped to the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and China.
  • Sanrio products are only available to the USA and territories, Canada, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, and Turkey.
What are my shipping costs?
  • Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page, where you will be shown options and prices for shipping.
  • We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all orders under $50.00 or free shipping on orders over $50 in the USA (only the 48 contiguous states)!
  • If paying by a Visa , Mastercard, or Discover credit card, your account will not be charged until your order ships.
  • If you see a pending charge on your account prior to shipping, this is an authorization hold to ensure the funds are available.
When will my order ship?
  • Generally, orders of in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days from receipt, Monday through Friday.
  • If a product is temporarily out-of-stock, you will be notified and can opt for a back-order or substitution.
  • After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of the page to track the status of your order.
  • You will receive a confirmation when your order has shipped, and tracking information will be sent 24 to 48 hours thereafter.
